Last updated: 25/07/2026
Welcome to aisha.rocks. These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Aisha Khan, trading as aisha.rocks ("aisha.rocks", "we", "us"), covering the tools, websites, APIs, and courses we provide (the "Services"). By using any of the Services, you agree to these terms.
aisha.rocks is a small independent software business operated by a sole proprietor based in Australia ABN 36701232161. You can reach us at k22aisha@gmail.com.
aisha.rocks offers a range of micro-products, including free web tools, paid subscriptions, one-time digital products, an API, and educational courses. Some Services are free; others require payment. What you get and what it costs is described on the relevant product page at the time you sign up.
We may add, change, or discontinue Services over time. Where a change materially affects a paid Service you are subscribed to, we'll give you reasonable notice.
You may need an account to use some Services. You're responsible for keeping your login and any API keys secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you think your account or an API key has been compromised.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
Paid subscriptions (for example, the Font Finder API tier) are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown on the product page; if we change the price of a subscription you're on, we'll give you notice before it takes effect.
One-time products (for example, downloadable datasets) are charged once at purchase.
Cancellations and refunds are covered in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you use our API, don't exceed the rate limits or usage of your plan, don't share or resell your API key, and don't use the API to build a directly competing product. We may suspend API access that abuses these limits or the Service.
Don't use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services, or scrape or overload them. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
We own the Services, our tools, code, and content, except for content you provide. You keep ownership of designs, files, or data you upload or create; you grant us the limited permission needed to process them so the Service can work (for example, converting a design you provide). Course materials are for your own use and may not be redistributed.
Some Services work with third-party platforms (for example, Canva). You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any design or content you put through our tools, and for complying with those platforms' own terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep them running and accurate, but we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under law that cannot be excluded (see below).
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we're permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, we limit it to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of re-supply.
You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (like intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) continue after termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes affecting paid Services, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the courts of that place having jurisdiction.

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for aisha.rocks. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. aisha.rocks is operated by Aisha Khan, a sole proprietor based in Australia.
You can cancel a paid subscription (such as the Font Finder API tier) at any time from your account or by emailing k22aisha@gmail.com. When you cancel:
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, other than as required by law. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the Service didn't work as described, contact us at k22aisha@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, purchases are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed — except where the product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by the consumer guarantees below. If something's wrong with what you received, email us and we'll sort it out.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This means, regardless of anything above, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's reasonably meant to. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first at k22aisha@gmail.com — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. We're happy to help.
